To activate Tri-Ring Cooktop’s Fast Ignition System, simply press, turn, and release the knob. The flame will light in 3 seconds or less because, rather than cutting off power when the knob is released, the solenoid valve continues to feed energy to the ignition needle. This design increases ignition success rate and extends the life of the igniter inside each burner.
